         EMERGENCY CONSERVATION PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 2025

  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the 
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and 
pass the bill (S. 629) to amend the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 to 
remove barriers to agricultural producers in accessing funds to carry 
out emergency measures under the emergency conservation program, and 
for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
  The Clerk read the title of the bill.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the 
gentleman from Oklahoma (Mr. Lucas) that the House suspend the rules 
and pass the bill.
