RECOGNIZING BUSS FORD LINCOLN ON RECEIVING THE ROBERT O. COVEY AWARD

Mr. FOSTER. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Buss Ford Lincoln
for receiving the Robert O. Covey Award for embodying the spirit of
American ingenuity and community engagement. For decades, Buss Ford
Lincoln has exemplified what it means to be a pillar of the local
business community through its commitment to civic leadership,
community development. and dedication to local partnerships.
Buss Ford Lincoln's impact extends far beyond the showroom floor.
Through thoughtful donations to regional infrastructure and education
initiatives, Buss Ford Lincoln has

helped rebuild the McHenry Theatre, provided lighting for the Ryan Buss
Zone Skate Park, supported baseball and softball leagues, and sponsored
the McHenry Distinguished Warrior Graduate Program scholarship.
Additionally, Buss Ford Lincoln created the ``Buss Challenger League.''
a free program that gives children with disabilities the opportunity to
learn and play baseball.
Known for its exceptional customer service and community engagement,
Buss Ford Lincoln understands that giving back to the community is a
key part of a successful business. By consistently investing its time
and resources in Crystal Lake, it has made the community a better place
to live, work, and play.
Mr. Speaker, I am proud to represent the community of Crystal Lake,
and I ask my colleagues to join me in acknowledging Buss Ford Lincoln
for its impactful contributions to the community.
