                        RECOGNIZING RONAN BOYLE

                                 ______

                         HON. JOSEPH D. MORELLE

                              of new york

                    in the house of representatives

                        Wednesday, June 10, 2026

Mr. MORELLE. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize an exceptional
young man from Rochester, New York, whose dedication to leadership,
service, and academic excellence has earned him admission to the United
States Military Academy at West Point and the opportunity to continue
his athletic career as a member of its football program: Ronan Boyle.
Throughout his time at Penfield High School, Ronan distinguished
himself both in the classroom and on the field. As captain of the
varsity football team, he demonstrated the qualities of a true leader--
integrity, humility, discipline, and a steadfast commitment to those
around him. Balancing academic achievement with athletic success, he
served as a role model to his peers and embraced the responsibility of
leading by example.
Ronan's accomplishments are a testament not only to his hard work and
determination, but also to his character. Whether as a student,
athlete, teammate, or friend, he has consistently exhibited a selfless
dedication to helping others and pursuing goals greater than himself.
These qualities reflect the very values that define the United States
Military Academy.
Mr. Speaker, I am confident that Ronan Boyle will continue to excel
as a cadet at the United States Military Academy and as a future leader
in service to our country. On behalf of the Rochester community, I
congratulate him on this remarkable accomplishment and extend my very
best wishes for continued success as he embarks on this next chapter of
his journey.
