                         RECOGNIZING RYAN GALLE

  Mr. MORELLE. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize an outstanding 
young man from Rochester, New York, whose dedication, work ethic, and 
passion for maritime service have earned him admission to the United 
States Merchant Marine Academy: Ryan Galle.
  From an early age, Ryan developed a deep appreciation for maritime 
operations through his work with a local charter business along the 
historic Erie Canal. What began as an interest soon grew into a genuine 
passion, inspiring him to pursue a career in the maritime industry and 
seek opportunities that would challenge him both personally and 
professionally.
  Ryan is highly regarded by his teachers, mentors, and peers as a 
motivated student, dependable leader, and positive influence within his 
community. Whether in the classroom, in athletics, or in his work 
experience, he has consistently demonstrated maturity, initiative, and 
a strong sense of responsibility. Drawn to the Academy's rigorous 
academic and leadership development programs, Ryan looks forward to 
strengthening his character, refining his leadership abilities, and 
expanding his knowledge of the maritime profession.
  Mr. Speaker, I am confident that Ryan Galle will continue to make the 
Rochester community proud as he pursues his education and future career 
at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. I congratulate him on 
this remarkable achievement and extend my very best wishes for 
continued success in the years ahead.
