FEDERAL FRAUD PREVENTION WORKFORCE TRAINING ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 8428) to amend title 5, United States Code, to
establish a mandatory antifraud and improper payment training program
for Federal program administrators, to provide for the availability of
such training to State and local entities administering Federally
funded programs, and for other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas
and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Texas (Mr. Gill) that the House suspend the rules and
pass the bill, as amended.
This will be a 2-minute vote.

The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to amend
title 5, United States Code, to establish an antifraud and improper
payment training program for Federal program administrators, to provide
for the availability of such training to State and local entities
administering Federally funded programs, and for other purposes.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.

Ms. TITUS. Mr. Speaker, I was absent from the floor and missed roll
call votes numbered 208 and 209. Had I been present, I would have
voted: YEA on Roll Call No. 208, on the Motion to Suspend the Rules and
Pass H.R. 8466; and YEA on Roll Call No. 209, on the Motion to Suspend
the Rules and Pass H.R. 8428.
personal explanation
Mr. GOLDMAN of New York. Mr. Speaker, I was unable to vote today due
to a commitment in my Congressional district. Had I been present, I
would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 208 and YEA on Roll Call No. 209.
