  SA 5815. Mr. THUNE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 5814 submitted by Mr. Cotton (for himself and Mr. 
Grassley) and intended to be proposed to the bill S. 1318, to direct 
the American Battle Monuments Commission to establish a program to 
identify American-Jewish servicemembers buried in United States 
military cemeteries overseas under markers that incorrectly represent 
their religion and heritage, and for other purposes; which was ordered 
to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end add the following:
       ``This Act shall take effect 1 day after the date of 
     enactment.''
