  SA 5705. Mr. BLUMENTHAL submitted an amendment intended to be 
proposed by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation 
pursuant to title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on 
the table; as follows:

       Strike section 104 and insert the following:
       Sec. 104. (a) Section 90007 of Public Law 119-21 is 
     repealed.
       (b) Any unobligated amounts appropriated under section 
     90007 of Public Law 119-21 are hereby rescinded.
