   SA 5650.  Mrs. MURRAY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by her to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to 
title II of S. Con. Res. 33.; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. _____. PROHIBITION ON PAYMENTS FROM THE ANTI-
                   WEAPONIZATION FUND TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE 
                   VIOLATED FEDERAL LAW.

       No payment shall be made from the Anti-Weaponization Fund 
     to any individual who has violated section 248(a) of title 
     18, United States Code.
