  SA 5526. Mr. BENNET submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title 
II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON OBLIGATION OF FUNDS.

       None of the funds made available under this Act may be 
     obligated until the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for 
     Communications and Information makes available nondeployment 
     funds associated with the Broadband Equity, Access, and 
     Deployment Program established under section 60102 of the 
     Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (47 U.S.C. 1702) to 
     the States originally slated to receive those funds.
