  SA 5525. Mr. BENNET (for himself and Mr. Hickenlooper) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 5453 proposed by Mr. 
Graham to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to 
title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ___. PROHIBITION ON THE ANTI-WEAPONIZATION FUND.

       The ``Anti-Weaponization Fund'' established by the Attorney 
     General on May 18, 2026, is terminated and on and after the 
     date of enactment of this Act, no amounts may be paid into 
     any fund that is substantially similar to the ``Anti-
     Weaponization Fund''.
