  SA 5520. Mr. BENNET submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title 
II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       Strike section _____2 (relating to U.S. Immigration and 
     Customs Enforcement) of title [_____] and insert the 
     following:

     SEC. ___2. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND FOREST SERVICE 
                   HAZARDOUS FUELS REDUCTION PROJECTS.

       In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is 
     appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior and the 
     Secretary of Agriculture (acting through the Chief of the 
     Forest Service) for fiscal year 2026, out of any money in the 
     Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $30,725,000,000, to 
     remain available until September 30, 2029, for the conduct of 
     hazardous fuels reduction projects of the Department of the 
     Interior and the Forest Service.
