  SA 5473. Ms. SLOTKIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by her to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to 
title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS.

       None of the funds made available under this Act may be used 
     to send armed employees or contractors of the Department of 
     Homeland Security to polling places.
