  SA 5467. Mr. CASSIDY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to 
title II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. __. VITIATION OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT RELATING TO THE 
                   TAXES OF PRESIDENT TRUMP.

       The settlement agreement in Trump v. Internal Revenue 
     Service, announced on May 18, 2026, (including the addendum 
     announced on May 19, 2026) is vitiated and shall have no 
     force and effect.
