  SA 5465. Ms. WARREN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
her to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title 
II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ___. RELEASE OF CONFIDENTIAL SUPERVISORY INFORMATION 
                   RELATING TO JEFFREY EPSTEIN.

       (a) In General.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law 
     or regulation, not later than 90 days after the date of 
     enactment of this Act, the Board of Governors of the Federal 
     Reserve System, the Comptroller of the Currency, and the 
     Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation shall publicly release 
     all confidential supervisory information within the 
     possession of the respective agency relating to Jeffrey 
     Epstein and the co-conspirators of Jeffrey Epstein.
       (b) Limitation.--In carrying out subsection (a), the Board 
     of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Comptroller 
     of the Currency, and the Federal Deposit Insurance 
     Corporation may withhold or redact the segregable portion of 
     records that contain personally identifiable information of 
     victims (or the personal or medical files of victims) and any 
     similar records, the disclosure of which would constitute a 
     clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
