  SA 5460. Mr. COONS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title 
II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. _____. NULLIFICATION OF ORDER OF ATTORNEY GENERAL 
                   RELATING TO THE RELEASE OF CLAIMS IN TRUMP V. 
                   INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.

       The order of the Attorney General relating to the 
     Settlement Agreement in Trump v. Internal Revenue Service, 
     No. 1:26-cv-20609 (S.D. Fla.), issued on May 19, 2026, shall 
     have no force or effect.
