  SA 5456. Ms. HASSAN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
her to the bill S. 2, to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title 
II of S. Con. Res. 33; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. _____. HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM.

       Of the amounts made available to fund the Anti-
     Weaponization Fund established by the Attorney General on May 
     18, 2026 (referred to in this section as ``the Fund''), 
     including any amounts that may be used to provide payment of 
     claims related to the Fund or any successor program derived 
     from the purported settlement agreement dated May 18, 2026, 
     related to Trump v. Internal Revenue Service, No. 1:26-cv-
     20609, or any successor version of the Fund, $1,776,000,000 
     shall be made available to the HOME Investment Partnerships 
     program under subtitle A of title II of the Cranston-Gonzalez 
     National Affordable Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 12741 et seq.) for 
     the purpose of helping to build 100,000 new homes.
