Mr. LANGWORTHY. Mr. Speaker. I rise to recognize Timothy T. Boyde for
his career of

public service spanning four decades of dedication to local government.
While his distinguished career spanned three states, it is his decade
of leadership in Allegany County, New York that I wish to highlight
today. Since joining the County Administrator's Office in 2016, Tim has
brought steady leadership, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment
to the people of Allegany County. Through times of challenge and
opportunity alike, he helped guide county government with
professionalism, integrity, and a deep respect for the taxpayers he
served.
Tim's career has been defined by a commitment to effective
government. He understood that public service is not about recognition,
but about results. Throughout his tenure in Allegany County, he worked
tirelessly to strengthen county operations, promote fiscal
responsibility, improve efficiency, and support initiatives that
enhanced the quality of life for residents. His ability to bring people
together, solve complex problems, and navigate difficult decisions
earned the respect of elected officials, department leaders, employees,
and community partners alike. Just as importantly, he invested in those
around him, mentoring colleagues and helping cultivate the next
generation of public servants.
As Tim closes this remarkable chapter of service, we reflect not only
on his accomplishments, but on the example he set. His career stands as
a testament to the vital role that dedicated public servants play in
strengthening our communities and ensuring that government works for
the people it serves. On behalf of the constituents of New York's 23rd
Congressional District, and the taxpayers of Allegany County, I extend
my sincere gratitude and best wishes in his retirement. I ask this body
to rise and join me in recognizing a life of service.
