Res. 690. Had I been present for the vote, I would have voted nay.
  I was necessarily absent for rollcall vote No. 126, motion to invoke 
cloture on Executive Calendar No. 735, Sheria Akins Clarke, of South 
Carolina, to be United States District Judge for the District of South 
Carolina. Had I been present for the vote, I would have voted nay.
  I was necessarily absent for rollcall vote No. 127, confirmation of 
Executive Calendar No. 735, Sheria Akins Clarke, of South Carolina, to 
be United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina. Had 
I been present for the vote, I would have voted nay.
