  Mr. TILLIS. Mr. President, if there is no further business to come 
before the Senate, I ask that it stand adjourned under the provisions 
of S. Res. 723.
  There being no objection, under the previous order, pursuant to S. 
Res. 723, as a further mark of respect to the late Dirk Arthur 
Kempthorne, former Senator from Idaho, the Senate, at 7:23 p.m.,
