  Mr. WARNER. Mr. President, I was absent on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, 
for rollcall vote No. 88. Had I been present, I would have voted yea on 
the motion to discharge S.J. Res. 114, directing the removal of United 
States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic 
Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress.
