HONORING THE LIFE AND MEMORY OF CAPTAIN SETH KOVAL

(Mr. BALDERSON asked and was given permission to address the House
for 1 minute and to revise and extend his remarks.)
Mr. BALDERSON. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the life and memory
of Captain Seth Koval.
Captain Koval was a devoted husband and father who tragically lost
his life in the line of duty in an aircraft collision over Iraq. He
proudly served our Nation as a member of the Ohio National Guard's
121st Air Refueling Wing in Columbus.
For 19 years, Captain Koval answered the call to serve the only way
he knew how: taking to the skies with courage, dedication, and valor.
His service reflects the very best of our Armed Forces, and his loss is
deeply felt across Ohio and our entire Nation. We are forever grateful
for his bravery, his sacrifice, and his commitment to protecting our
freedoms.
Mr. Speaker, I ask my colleagues to join me in keeping his family,
his fellow servicemembers, and all who knew and loved him in their
prayers.
May God welcome him home, and may he rest in eternal peace.
