  SA 4728. Mr. WELCH submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee 
on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on 
the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ___. SENSE OF THE SENATE RECOGNIZING THE OUTCOME OF THE 
                   2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.

       It is the sense of the Senate that--
       (1) Joseph R. Biden was duly elected President of the 
     United States in the 2020 presidential election; and
       (2) Donald J. Trump lost the 2020 presidential election.
