  SA 4527. Mr. WYDEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee 
on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on 
the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. ___. NULLIFICATION OF SECRETARIAL ORDER 3438.

       Effective beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, 
     Secretarial Order 3834, issued by the Secretary of the 
     Interior on August 1, 2025 (relating to managing Federal 
     energy resources and protecting the environment) shall have 
     no force or effect and no Federal funds may be used to 
     implement, administer, enforce, or carry out that Secretarial 
     Order.
