  SA 4430. Mr. GALLEGO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory 
Committee on Equal Access, and for other purposes; which was ordered to 
lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:

     SEC. __. REQUIREMENTS FOR IDENTIFICATIONS ISSUED BY TRIBAL 
                   GOVERNMENTS.

       Section 303A(c)(5) of the Help America Vote Act of 2002, as 
     added by this Act, is amended by striking ``that includes a 
     photo of the individual and an expiration date''.
