  SA 4424. Mr. THUNE proposed an amendment to amendment SA 4423 
proposed by Mr. Thune to the amendment SA 4422 proposed by Mr. Thune to 
the bill S. 1383, to establish the Veterans Advisory Committee on Equal 
Access, and for other purposes; as follows:

       Strike ``2 days'' and insert ``3 days''
