Committee on Armed Services: Committee concluded a hearing to examine 
the American small drone industrial base, after receiving testimony 
from Owen O. West, Senior Advisor for Drone Dominance, Travis Metz, 
Drone Dominance Program Manager, and Major General Steven M. Marks, 
USA, Director, Defense Autonomous Warfare Group, all of the Department 
of Defense.

Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation: Committee concluded 
a hearing to examine the nominations of Arvind Raman, of Indiana, to be 
Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology, who was 
introduced by Senator Young, and Matthew Anderson, of Colorado, to be 
Deputy Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space 
Administration, who was introduced by Senator Sheehy, after the 
nominees testified and answered questions in their own behalf.

Assistant Secretary for African Affairs, who was introduced by

to the Republic of the Philippines, Asel Roberts, of Virginia, to be 
Ambassador to the Republic of Slovenia, Troy Edgar, of California, to 
be Ambassador to the Republic of El Salvador, who was introduced by 
Senator Hagerty, and Jared Novelly, of Missouri, to be Ambassador to 
New Zealand, and to serve concurrently and without additional 
compensation as Ambassador to the Independent State of Samoa, the Cook 
Islands, and Niue, who was introduced by Senator Schmitt, all of the 
Department of State, after the nominees testified and answered question 
in their own behalf.
TRANSFORMING HEALTH CARE WITH DATA

concluded a hearing to examine transforming health care with data, 
focusing on improving patient outcomes through next-generation care, 
after receiving testimony from Thomas Keane, Assistant Secretary for 
Technology Policy, and National Coordinator for Health Information 
Technology, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy and 
Office of the National Coordinator for Health

following business items:
  S. 3798, to amend title 18, United States Code, to establish criminal 
offenses with respect to violations involving ATMs, regardless of 
whether the ATM is located on the physical premises of a financial 
institution, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute; and
  The nominations of Robert Cekada, of Florida, to be Director, Bureau 
of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, Andrew B. Davis, and 
Christopher R. Wolfe, both to be a United States District Judge for the 
Western District of Texas, Anna St. John, to be United States District 
Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana, John Thomas Shepherd, to 
be United States District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas, 
Robert Rotter, to be United States Marshal for the Northern District of 
Iowa, Daniel Satterlee, to be United States Marshal for the District of
