  Mr. BILIRAKIS. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize an outstanding 
community leader, Brittney Forcino, whose professional excellence and 
heartfelt commitment to service have made a meaningful impact 
throughout Brooksville and the surrounding region. In the fast-paced 
world of professional marketing and property management, it is rare to 
find someone who successfUlly balances high-level corporate 
responsibility with genuine, hands-on community involvement. As 
Marketing Director for Lowman Law Firm, Brittney expertly manages the 
marketing strategy and rental portfolios for a large tri-county 
practice. Yet, it is her work beyond the office walls that truly sets 
her apart. Brooksville Main Street is proud to work alongside Brittney, 
who has become a creative force behind many of our community events. 
She possesses a unique ability to transform ordinary event spaces into 
unforgettable experiences--``amazing escapes''--that captivate families 
and bring people together. Her creativity is never simply decorative; 
it is intentional. Each idea is thoughtfully designed to foster family 
fun, encourage community engagement, and create welcoming environments 
for residents of all ages.
  Through her leadership, Brittney demonstrates that corporate 
sponsorship can be personal, interactive, and heart-led. She seamlessly 
reflects the core values of Lowman Law Firm--community and caring--by 
ensuring that the firm's presence at local events is meaningful and 
memorable.
  Brittney leads with focus, warmth, and authenticity. Her team at the 
firm holds her in high regard, and that admiration extends well beyond 
her workplace. She approaches every initiative with a ``community-
first'' mindset, ensuring that Brooksville's events are inclusive, 
engaging, and reflective of the spirit that defines our town. Her 
service does not stop there. Brittney is an active volunteer with 
Jayne's Dance Academy and a proud, dedicated sports mom who can often 
be found on the sidelines cheering on the next generation. Her ability 
to balance professional success, volunteerism, and family life--all 
while inspiring those around her--speaks volumes about her character. 
Brittney Forcino does not merely attend events; she pours her heart 
into them. Her enthusiasm and dedication have elevated the quality of 
our community gatherings and strengthened the bond between local 
businesses and the families they serve. She exemplifies what it means 
to be a true community leader--someone who understands that success is 
not measured solely in professional accomplishments, but in the lives 
uplifted along the way.
  Brooksville is stronger, more vibrant, and more connected because of 
Brittney's tireless work and creative spirit. I am grateful for her 
service and proud to recognize her as a 2026 Hero Among Us for 
Florida's 12th Congressional District.
