  SA 4289. Mr. LUJAN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 7148, making further consolidated appropriations 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division B, insert the 
     following:
       Sec. __.  None of the funds made available under this Act 
     may be used for purposes of implementing the revisions to the 
     childhood and adolescent immunization schedule described in 
     the decision memo of the Department of Health and Human 
     Services on the subject ``Adopting Revised Childhood and 
     Adolescent Immunization Schedule'', dated January 5, 2026, or 
     any other similar revisions to such schedule.
