  SA 4286. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 7148, making further consolidated appropriations 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
       In title III of division F, under ``BILATERAL ECONOMIC 
     ASSISTANCE'', strike the heading ``united states african 
     development foundation'' and everything that follows under 
     such heading.
