  SA 4241. Mr. SCHMITT submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill H.R. 7148, making further consolidated 
appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for 
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In title I of division F, under ``RELATED PROGRAMS'', 
     strike the heading ``National Endowment for Democracy'' and 
     everything that follows under such heading.
