  SA 4235. Mr. LEE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 7148, making further consolidated appropriations 
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division B, insert the 
     following:

     SEC. __. STRIKE OF JACOB'S PILLOW DANCE FESTIVAL EARMARK.

       Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, none of 
     the funds provided under any division of this Act may be used 
     for the Congressionally Directed Spending project for Jacob's 
     Pillow Dance Festival, Inc., MA, for an arts education 
     program.
