                         HONORING BRIGID LUKAS

  Mr. MOYLAN. Mr. Speaker, I rise to wish a happy 90th birthday to 
Brigid Lukas and acknowledge her life of patriotism.
  Mrs. Lukas grew up in Great Brittan but came to the United States 
where she built a family and raised her four children. Her late husband 
Rimas also came to the United States as a young person, where he 
escaped communism and worked as an engineer for the Department of the 
Army. Together Brigid and Rimas are a testament to the American way of 
life.
  As Brigid celebrates her 90th birthday this month and looks forward 
to commemorating 44 years since becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen, I 
wish her continued health and prosperity.
