MAIN STREET PARITY ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 5763) to amend the Small Business Investment Act of
1958 to modify the criteria for loans for plant acquisition,
construction, conversion or expansion, and for other purposes, on which
the yeas and nays were ordered.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.

gentleman from Texas (Mr. Williams) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill.
