  SA 4232. Ms. DUCKWORTH (for herself, Mr. Van Hollen, and Mr. Booker) 
submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by her to the bill H.R. 
6938, making consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending 
September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on 
the table; as follows:

       In section 444(a) of division C, strike ``division J'' in 
     the matter preceding paragraph (1) and all that follows 
     through ``Infrastructure' ''' in paragraph (3) and insert 
     ``section 100051 of Public Law 119-21 (commonly known as the 
     ``One Big Beautiful Bill Act'') (139 Stat. 385)''.
