  SA 4226. Mr. LUJAN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 6938, making consolidated appropriations for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in title II of division A, insert 
     the following:
       Sec. __.  Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act--
       (1) the amount made available under this Act for ``Justice 
     Operations, Management, and Accountability--Salaries and 
     Expenses'' shall be $127,000,000;
       (2) the amount made available under this Act for 
     ``Community Oriented Policing Services--Community Oriented 
     Policing Services Programs'' shall be $813,000,000; and
       (3) the amount made available under this Act for grants 
     under section 1701 of title I of the 1968 Act (34 U.S.C. 
     10381) shall be $266,093,613.
