  SA 4214. Mr. PADILLA submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill H.R. 6938, making consolidated appropriations for 
the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; 
which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in title III of division A, insert 
     the following:
       Sec. ___.  The Administrator of National Aeronautics and 
     Space Administration shall not carry out reductions of force 
     at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
