  SA 4203. Mr. LUJAN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 6938, making consolidated appropriations for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 444(a) of division C, strike ``763,514,000'' and 
     insert ``478,514,000''.
       In section 444(a) of division C, strike ``; (3) 
     $285,000,000 from the unobligated balances under the heading 
     `Department of the Interior--Methane Reduction 
     Infrastructure' ''.
