amendment intended to be proposed by him

to the bill H.R. 6938, making consolidated appropriations for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

        In section 425 of division C, strike ``, prior to the 
     completion of the cultural resources investigation identified 
     in the explanatory statement described in section 4 in the 
     matter preceding division A of the Consolidated 
     Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260)''.
