      DR. TIM CONNELLY RECEIVES 2025 GEORGIA PHYSICIAN HERO AWARD

  (Mr. CARTER of Georgia asked and was given permission to address the 
House for 1 minute and to revise and extend his remarks.)
  Mr. CARTER of Georgia. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Dr. Tim 
Connelly, an internal medicine physician at Memorial Health University 
Medical Center, who has been named the 2025 Physician Hero Award 
recipient by the Georgia Hospital Association.
  This award honors physicians who give their time and expertise to 
strengthen their institutions and improve lives. Dr. Connelly embodies 
that calling through his commitment to patient care and medical 
education.
  In addition to serving patients, he plays a vital role as the 
associate program director for Memorial's internal medicine residency 
program, helping train the next generation of physicians. Dr. 
Connelly's leadership shapes young doctors who will serve communities 
across Georgia for years to come. His dedication reflects the highest 
standards of medicine and service.
  This recognition speaks not only to his skill as a physician but to 
the trust and respect that he has earned from colleagues and patients 
alike.
  We thank Dr. Connelly for his compassion, his professionalism, and 
his unwavering commitment to healing others.
