  SA 4172. Mr. WHITEHOUSE submitted an amendment intended to be 
proposed by him to the bill H.R. 6938, making consolidated 
appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for 
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:
       Sec. ___.  The Attorney General shall, not later than 30 
     days after the date of enactment of this Act, use amounts 
     made available under this Act to make publicly available in a 
     searchable and downloadable format all records, documents, 
     communications, and investigative materials in the possession 
     of the Department of Justice, including the Bureau of Prisons 
     and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, that relate to the 
     transfer of Ghislaine Maxwell from Federal Correctional 
     Institution, Tallahassee, to Federal Prison Camp, Bryan.
