  SA 4162. Ms. BLUNT ROCHESTER submitted an amendment intended to be 
proposed by her to the bill H.R. 6938, making consolidated 
appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for 
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       In section 444(a) of division C, strike ``$763,514,000'' 
     and all that follows through ``(2) $353,514,000'' and insert 
     ``$638,514,000 shall be derived by transfer from the 
     unobligated balances of amounts previously appropriated in 
     division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act 
     (Public Law 117-58) as follows: (1) $353,514,000''.

       In section 444(a) of division C, strike ``; (3)'' and 
     insert ``; and (2)''.
