  SA 4160. Mr. MURPHY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill H.R. 6938, making consolidated appropriations for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division A, insert the 
     following:
       Sec. ___.  Not less than 75 percent of the amounts made 
     available by this Act, or any other Act, for a community 
     violence intervention and prevention initiative shall be 
     allocated to nonprofit community-based organizations.
