                 DISABLED VETERANS HOUSING SUPPORT ACT

  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs be discharged from further 
consideration of H.R. 224 and the Senate proceed to its immediate 
consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 224) to amend section 102(a)(20) of the 
     Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 to require the 
     exclusion of service-connected disability compensation when 
     determining whether a person is a person of low and moderate 
     income, a person of low income, or a person of moderate 
     income, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
considered read a third time and passed and that the motion to 
reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
