  SA 4137. Mr. WARNOCK (for himself and Mr. Ossoff) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3951 submitted by Ms. 
Collins and intended to be proposed to the bill H.R. 4016, making 
appropriations for the Department of Defense for the fiscal year ending 
September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on 
the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in division D, insert the 
     following:
       Sec. __.  Of the unobligated balances available in the 
     Nonrecurring Expenses Fund established by section 223 of 
     division G of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 (42 
     U.S.C. 3514a), $100,000,000, in addition to any funds 
     otherwise made available for such purposes in this or 
     subsequent fiscal years, shall be available for purposes of 
     maintaining and improving security on the Roybal campus of 
     the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, 
     Georgia, and making repairs to buildings on such campus.
