  SA 4131. Ms. KLOBUCHAR submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by her to the bill H.R. 4016, making appropriations for the Department 
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other 
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place, insert the following:
       Sec. __.  Section 399NN(h) of the Public Health Service Act 
     (42 U.S.C. 280m(h)) is amended by striking ``2026'' and 
     inserting ``2031''.
