DO NO HARM IN MEDICAID ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to recommit on the bill
(H.R. 498) to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to prohibit
Federal Medicaid funding for gender transition procedures for minors,
offered by the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Soto), on which the yeas and
nays were ordered.
