Announcement by the Speaker Pro Tempore
The SPEAKER pro tempore (during the vote). There is 1 minute
remaining.
{time} 1439
So the bill was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Stated for:
Mr. ROUZER. Mr. Speaker, had I been present, I would have voted YEA
on Roll Call No. 356.
Stated against:
Mr. LICCARDO. Mr. Speaker, I missed the following vote out of mistake
and inadvertence due to the heavy (11-item) vote series. Had I been
present, I would have voted NAY on Roll Call No. 356.
