  Mr. DOGGETT. Mr. Speaker, at the end of a long series of votes today, 
I missed the final vote on Representative Crenshaw's misnamed Do No 
Harm in Medicaid Act, which would prohibit Medicaid from covering 
gender-affirming care for youth. I would have voted No, just as I did 
when Republicans proposed this outrageous policy earlier this year.
  Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 361, and 
NAY on Roll Call No. 362.
