  SA 4099. Mr. WELCH (for himself, Mrs. Gillibrand, and Mr. Sanders) 
submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3951 
submitted by Ms. Collins and intended to be proposed to the bill H.R. 
4016, making appropriations for the Department of Defense for the 
fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other purposes; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       On page 294, line 23, strike ``$168,246,000'' and insert 
     ``$178,246,000''.
       On page 295, line 13, strike ``and (3)'' and insert ``(3) 
     $10,000,000 is for competitive grants for the restoration of 
     historic properties of nation historic properties of 
     national, State, and local significance listed on or eligible 
     for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places; 
     and (4)''.
