  SA 4078. Mr. WARNOCK submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the bill H.R. 4016, making appropriations for the Department 
of Defense for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, and for other 
purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in title VIII, insert the 
     following:
       Sec. 8__.  Beginning not later than 30 days after the date 
     of the enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall 
     submit to the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate and 
     the Committee on Appropriations of the House of 
     Representatives a monthly report that describes the ongoing 
     reassignments of Department of Justice law enforcement 
     officers to immigration enforcement activities, including--
       (1) the number of such personnel who have either been 
     permanently reassigned or placed on temporary duty assignment 
     for purposes of immigration enforcement, disaggregated by 
     bureau or agency;
       (2) a description of the activities conducted by such 
     personnel in such new assignments; and
       (3) the costs associated with such activities, 
     disaggregated by bureau or agency.
